Refund policy

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Off Road Concepts must accompany all returns purchased from Off Road Concepts LLC. and be visible on the outside of the box or the package will be refused. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid and insured. All shipping and/or removal/installation charges are non-refundable. We will not issue an RMA for items older than 14 days from date of delivery, and we shall accept no returning packages older than 30 days from issuance of RMA.
Items may have not been altered, installed, used in any way, and are in resalable condition in original packaging with all accessories, hardware and paperwork included. Contact us below for an RMA and location to send back your return. Please include a copy of your purchase and a good contact email or phone number for proper credit.

There is a  20% restocking charge to all items once shipped. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing costs for orders canceled but not yet shipped. If an order is already in production, an additional 10% material cost may also be assessed.
