SHIPPING TERMS

  • Not every product will be in stock for immediate shipment.  Product purchase price is charged upon ordering, not shipping. 

  • We are currently experiencing extended production times for non-essential and non-emergency orders, with lead times averaging approximately 6 months. Some products may require additional time depending on demand and order specifications.

    If you are ordering for an essential services fleet or first responder application, please contact us directly so we can better assist with your needs.
    We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue fulfilling orders in the order they are received.

    More specific confirmation of lead time or "in stock" status may given by contacting us

     

  • After purchase you will be sent an order confirmation email, SMS text, or Facebook message, based upon your selection at time of checkout.  Check it completely for accuracy immediately and notify us of any address or destination errors.  If shipping address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason reshipment charges will apply.  Title to product transfers to purchaser upon acceptance of shipment to freight carrier.

  • All orders may be insured directly from our website before checkout.  We highly suggest adding it to your order. If insurance is not purchased, you must report any shipping damage or lost or stolen orders immediately to the carrier.  Off-Road Concepts is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged freight. Most credit card purchases will cover theft if a Police Report is filed. Some carrier services will require an adult signature to deliver.  Contact your carrier for more information.  

  • International Customers outside of US: please note that we do not collect nor charge for duties, customs or any other government imposed taxes.  Some carriers may offer “brokerage service”; often at inflated cost, that can be avoided with a little internet research and doing it yourself.  We only charge for the actual shipping services when ordering.
