Please note: These items are all hand-made and built in most cases specifically for your vehicle upon ordering. Please immediately verify your confirmation email after purchase to ensure 100% accuracy in product build detail and delivery address. 

Products produced by Off Road Concepts LLC. are built for enthusiasts, construction, materials transport, off-road, extreme performance applications and other heavy-duty recreational uses.   As our products are used worldwide and installed in many different vehicle types, we make no guarantee regarding legality for use on public roads and highways. Off-road, performance and recreational driving carries a certain amount of risk even when our products are used in the manner designed. The end user assumes any and all risks from installing or attempting to install, or using these products manufactured by or sold by Off Road Concepts LLC, Raingler or its affiliates.  Check with your local laws and regulations for any clarification.  It is up to the owner and installer to determine suitability for intended use.  

Raingler Nets & Barriers are not designed nor are they guaranteed to supplement or remain compatible with all safety restraint systems used by automotive manufacturers. Operator and owner of vehicle must follow the automotive manufacturers recommendations. 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders for pricing errors or website malfunction.  We will only accept payment or issue refunds through our online payment gateway.  In instances where the payment method has expired, closed or for any other reason cannot be completed, an in-store credit will be substituted instead.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Off Road Concepts and Raingler brand name products are warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and installed in original vehicle for which it was purchased. This includes defects in materials and workmanship.  This warranty applies to the original purchaser and vehicle in which it was installed.

No warranty is given on dyes, finishes or coatings. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Damage sustained from the elements, animals or any other damage caused by  improper installation including leaving nets or straps loose while traveling. No coverage is given to products where acids, bleaches, fuel or any corrosive materials have been in contact with product.

Manufacturing warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. Product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, provided proper Return Authorization process has been completed below and in no circumstance will liability extend beyond product repair or replacement cost.  Once Return Authorization instructions are given, wash, dry and properly package your item with contact information inside package.

PLEASE NOTE: RED MILSPEC carries a 3 year warranty on color. 

CUSTOM WORK

  • All custom modified, specially embroidered or custom built production sales are final and non-refundable. Selecting other than the standard default BLACK for the material and/or stitching color is considered a custom build item is not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Design charges are not refundable.

  • All specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING TERMS

  • Not every product will be in stock for immediate shipment.  Product purchase price is charged upon ordering, not shipping. 

  • ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME IS ABOUT 6 WEEKS for most normal production items on the website (items not in stock).  All standard color grab handles and dog leashes/collars normally ship in 2 business days. 

  • RUSH production services are often available for additional cost. More specific confirmation of lead time or "in stock" status may given by contacting us

  • After purchase you will be sent an order confirmation email, SMS text, or Facebook message, based upon your selection at time of checkout.  Check it completely for accuracy immediately and notify us of any address or destination errors.  If shipping address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason reshipment charges will apply.  Title to product transfers to purchaser upon acceptance of shipment to freight carrier.

  • All orders may be insured directly from our website before checkout.  We highly suggest adding it to your order. If insurance is not purchased, you must report any shipping damage or lost or stolen orders immediately to the carrier.  Off-Road Concepts is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged freight. Most credit card purchases will cover theft if a Police Report if filed. Some carrier services will require an adult signature to deliver.  Contact your carrier for more information.  

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • If you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, fill out the Return Request Form below. Contact us if you need to cancel your order. 

  • Orders already in Production may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • For Warranty Requests, please use the RMA form below. 

  • Items for return credit or exchange may have not been altered, damaged, dirty, and are in new and resalable condition.

  • Cancellations may be subject to charges including credit card processing fees.  

  • Return all parts and hardware and any other included items such as installation instructions or decals.

  • Free shipping promotions will be assessed actual shipping costs. 

  • Design, Digital Proof, RUSH Production Charges or other Service Charges are not Returnable.Custom Build Order Sales are not Eligible for Exchange or Return.

    • Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will be refused.  Merchandise must be returned fully prepaid and we suggest insuring against loss or damage.  

    • Shipping and Installation charges are non-refundable.  

    • In no circumstance will liability extend more than the purchase price.

    How it works

    1. Add items to your cart (or shopping bag).

    2. Check out with Shop Pay.

    3. Choose the option to pay in installments.

    Your first payment is due at checkout. The remaining payments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay based on the payment plan you chose. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.

    Are there late fees?

    No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

    What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

    When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into flexible installment payments.* Your first payment is due when you make your purchase.

    *Rates from 0% APR 10-30% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.

    What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?

    If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

    • A smaller payment balance on the final payment.

    • Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.

    If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

    If you paid for an order in monthly payments, then you won't be refunded the paid interest. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.

    Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay Installments on Shop Pay?

    The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards. Capital One cards aren't accepted. If you choose a monthly payment option, then you can only pay with a debit card.
