Roof Rack Nets- Built with perimeter 36” straps and cam buckles and anchor rings to allow for rotation for odd shaped loads. Straps are built about every 2’ in distance along the sides, back and front. Special notes for Roof Rack Nets.
Barrier Nets- Built with adjustable cam buckles on the outer frame of the net to draw the barrier as close as possible to the mounting point. Top buckles pull straight across to raise net up and lower straps pull at a diagonal to draw the net out flat.
Tailgate Nets- Built with buckles on the outer frame of the net to draw as close as possible to the mounting points. Top and lower buckles pull to the sides and include 36” of adjusting strap built on.
Ceiling Attic Nets- Built with buckles mounted at a diagonal pulling from center of net to draw the net as close as possible to the mounting points and minimize droop. Special notes for Ceiling Nets.
Cargo Nets- Built with 36” adjusting straps, cam buckles and anchor rings or allow the net to flex and contain most odd shaped loads down tight.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
To Whom it May Concern; what type of netting should I choose, tailgate or barrier, to have a net the shape of a tailgate so I can install it about 18 inches forward of my tailgate to keep cargo at the end of my pickup bed from sliding forward? My pickup is a 2021 GMC Canyon, crew cab with a short bed.
If the mounts are on the floor of the bed, the tailgate style. If on the side walls, barrier type.
Hello, I am interested in ordering a black mil spec cargo net for the interior of our aircraft. the dimensions between the mounting points / bolts are: front bolt width: 34.5". Rear bolt width: 39". distance from front to rear is 25". I am thinking cams near the net (top when gear is loaded?) and at least three feet of webbing to the anchors below. Do you have mounting d-rings that would bolt to the body? Im happy to hear suggestions. Thank you.
We can also build a trapezoiud net if you need or the rectangular ones here are easy to configure. Standard strap length is 36" so good on that. Take a look at these mounting brackets.
I have a 2016 F 150 and looking for a tailgate net. What size should I order? How it is attached?
These are usually about 21" high and 56" wide. Depends on your top mounting location really. If you added a bed rail tie down hook (like bull nose type or similar)
you can run taller like tye 21" height. If not, look for a factory bolt in the tailgate channel above the tailgate tether cable and measure down to the bolts under where the hinge point is. I'd recommend the install kit for tailgates here for almost all installations or you can source alternative D really msg etc
What size net would you recommend for a 2011 Nissan titan? I measure 65'' wide by 25'' tall.
Suggest shrinking the net down to the next smaller than actual sizes, so 21" tall and 61" wide based on your measurements. Do consider the atcual mounting points from which to measure on. The net will have 36" mounting/adustment straps for extended over tailgate loads too.
I have a 2018 VW Tiguan SUV. I want a tailgate net to make sure that my Borzoi (Russian Wolfhound) doesn’t jump out when I open the lift gate. Can I open one side to put him in, close the net and then open it when I want to get him out??
Yes, exactly. Add the quick release hooks to make this a very fast process.
Hi, I am living in Europe (delivery could be to Switzerland or Austria). Do you do that? My car is a VW T6, which is not common in the US, so I think I would need the custom net, or do you have experience with VW t5 or t6? Bests, Sean
We don't have this vehicle in our pattern file. We can build it with some basic measurements here along with some mounting hardware. See our customwork page for more detail if you would like a model specific unit made for yours.
